Bean Bruschetta Pizza
1 14-ounce can Beans in Tomato Sauce
3 green onions
1 medium tomato
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup slivered green pepper
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 (12-inch) Italian-style gourmet flatbread
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Combine beans, green onions, tomato, garlic, green pepper, basil and hot pepper sauce.
Spread evenly over flatbread.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 425ºF (220 ºC) for about 15 minutes or until bubbling and cheese is melted.
Cut into wedges.
