Classic Italian Meatballs
2 k Extra Lean Mince
2 minced Onion
4 t Salt
150 g Italian Bread Crumb Mix
2 ladle full Marinara Sauce
2 cloves Garlic
Thoroughly crumble in blender -
Fresh Garlic Cloves
Pre-shrink onion by sautéing in a dry pan until shrunken. Do not over-brown.
Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Mix all remaining ingredients.
Form into meatballs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200° c.
Transfer to pot and cover with Marinara sauce.
