Be sure to use a tight fitting lid, unless you want to come home to find it all over the ceiling.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
1-1/2 c Olive Oil
1 c Assorted Peppers, ranging from mild to very hot
1 clv Garlic
1 t Salt
7 turns Pepper
Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
Chop peppers coarsely and place in the hot oil, stems, seeds and all.
Allow to boil gently for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the garlic, salt and pepper.
Allow to cool and puree in food processor.
Store in tightly capped bottles and allow to brew for one week
