8 Artichokes
Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Prepare artichokes.
Remove the outer leaves but let a little piece of the stalk.
Beat everyone on the trencher; season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile heat olive oil in a frying pan.
Dip the artichokes and let them fry over an high heat on both sides.
Remove the excessive oil with absorbent kitchen paper.
Serve hot.
The artichoke leaves open like a flower with this cooking method.
When you have to fry, you should choose a good Italian olive oil.
In fact it has no problem at high temperature and dishes are better and more digestible.
