Corn Bread
My grandmother, Mattie Hall Baker's recipe, which I learned by the time I was 12 years old. Just remember "2".

Ingredients:
Instructions:
2 c flour
2 c corn meal
1/2 c sugar (I use about half that, myself)
2 T baking powder
2 t salt
2 c milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 400º f (200º c).
Grease a rectangular baking pan.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Stir in milk, oil and eggs.
Pour into baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
