Instructions:

10 Jalapeño Peppers, green

5 Thai Chili Peppers, green

1/2 c Coriander

8 clvs Garlic

1/4 c Shallots

1/4 c Lemon Grass, or 1T dried

5 Galangal ( Thai Ginger) thin slices, or 1t dried

1 t Cumin

1 t Shrimp Paste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
