Ingredients:
Instructions:
1kg minced pork shoulder
2 green cooking apples, minced
Optional: handful of breadcrumbs or oats
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons ground black pepper
Spices (can vary) for example:
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Enough cider to dampen, more if you add bread crumbs or oats
Mix all the ingredients together.
Can be extruded to casings, rolled into shapes or used loose.
