1 Bay Leaf

1 c Dry White Wine

5 Cloves Garlic

1/2 t Thyme

1/2 t Salt

3 Half-Breasts Chicken

1 lb Potatoes, Boiled

, Sauce:

2 Polish Dills, chopped

4 T Sour Cream

4 T Mayonnaise

Boiled Eggs

Tomatoes

Simmer 1st 5 ingredients in enough water to cover chicken.

Boil potatoes until done; peel.

Cool in broth.

Slice chicken and potatoes.

Top with sauce and garnish with boiled eggs and tomatoes.
