Instructions:
1 c Unsalted Butter
2 T Honey
1/2 c Confectioners Sugar
2 1/4 c Flour
1/4 t Salt
1 t Bourbon, or Orange Juice
1 c Walnuts
Additional Conf. Sugar
Cream butter and honey together in a mixing bowl until soft and fluffy.
Stir in confectioner's.
sugar, flour, salt and bourbon.
Preheat oven.
Shape into balls around walnut piece.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake 12 - 13 minutes.
Cool on wire
