Taco Meat:

1lb ground beef
-
1 onion, chopped finely
-
2 cloves garlic, chopped
-
1 tin of diced green chiles or green chili salsa

1 tablespoon chili powder, more to taste

Salt & Pepper
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tin kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Grated cheese
Fritos
Catalina Dressing
Brown the meat and other ingredients for the taco meat. Keep warm
In a large bowl, mix together the beans, dressing and tomatoes.
Mix in the lettuce, cheese and Fritos.
Either mix in the meat or make a bed of the salad and spoon meat on top and top with cheese.
